Business Office Specialist
Carolynn Canty joined the Manor Lake family in 2022, bringing a vibrant, positive attitude and a wealth of administrative expertise to the community. As a trusted mentor to our Business Office Managers for the past three years, Carolynn is passionate about supporting the team and ensuring operations run seamlessly.
Highly credentialed, Carolynn holds a B.S. from Trinity College, CT and a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia’s nation-leading Risk Management and Insurance program. This specialized background provides Carolynn with an elite foundation in comprehensive risk assessment, employment compliance, and strategic HR infrastructure—expertise further backed by a professional SHRM-CP certification and a Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) license.
Prior to bringing her talents to senior living, Carolynn spent 11 years managing departmental operations at the University of Georgia, Office of Undergraduate Admissions, followed by successful tenures as an HR Director in both the construction and retail industries. Today, Carolynn brings an unmatched blend of financial acumen, risk mitigation expertise, and infectious positivity to the Manor Lake team.
Originally born and raised in Massachusetts, Carolynn has proudly called Georgia home since 2004. Outside of the office, she loves spending quality time and traveling with her husband and two children, always looking forward to their next family adventure and exploring new places together.
