Director of Human Resources
Katie McClure serves as the Director of Human Resources for Manor Lake Management, where she is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employees, and building strong teams across the organization. She is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent while partnering with leaders to support the success of Manor Lake’s communities.
Before joining Manor Lake, Katie owned and operated Honey & Root Salon, where she developed where she combined her entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional customer service and business leadership. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in team development, problem-solving, and creating environments where both employees and customers feel valued.
Katie believes great organizations are built by great people and is dedicated to creating processes and partnerships that help employees and communities thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and staying active through jujutsu.
